Prima assemblea di Potere al Popolo Irlanda
Ce l’abbiamo fatta, ecco la prima assemblea di Potere al Popolo Irlanda! Siamo un gruppo di Italiani residenti in Irlanda provenienti da percorsi diversi ma accomunati da un forte desiderio di giustizia sociale, diritti, lavoro, opportunita’ e dignita’ per tutti. Seppure a distanza, vogliamo provare a mettere a disposizione le nostre esperienze per il bene collettivo. Ci rifiutiamo di accettare passivamente l’opportunismo politico, il populismo dilagante, il rafforzamento di ideologie neofasciste, il precariato nel lavoro e i tanti mali che affliggono il nostro Paese. Per questo anche noi abbiamo deciso di accettare la sfida lanciata da Potere al Popolo e dai ragazzidell’Ex-Opg di Napoli! Unisciti a noi per attivare dibatti, porre domande e cercare delle soluzioni insieme. In altre parole, unisciti a noi per creare un movimento progressista e di sinistra che renda partecipi gli emigrati italiani a Dublino e in Irlanda di un progetto di cambiamento concreto, possibile e sostenibile come quello lanciato da Potere al Popolo. L’ assemblea si terra’ al primo piano del Connolly Books, 43 East Essex Street, Temple Bar, Dublin, dalle 14:30 alle 17:30.
First meeting of Potere al Popolo Irlanda.
We made it! Here’s the first meeting of Potere al Popolo Irlanda. We are a group of Italians living in Ireland. We come from different walks of life but we all share a strong desire for social justice, rights, job, opportunities and dignity for all. Although we live afar from Italy, we want to put our experiences to the service of common good. We refuse to passively accept political opportunism, rampant populism, the strengthening of neofascist ideologies, the precarity in the job market and the many problems that are affecting our country. For this reason, we have also decided to accept the challenge launched by Potere al Popolo and the collective of the Ex-Opg of Naples! So, join us to start debates, ask questions and seek solutions together. In other words, join us to create a movement that enables Italian migrants in Dublin and Ireland to participate in a real, feasible, sustainable, left-wing and progressist project of change like the one launched by Potere al Popolo. The meeting will be held on the first floor of Connolly Books, 43 East Essex Street, Temple Bar, Dublin, from 2:30pm to 5:30pm. Everybody is welcome to join but please note that the meeting will be held in the Italian language and there will be no interpreters.
